Paying with Credit Cards

For the protection of our customers, all orders will be shipped to the cardholders BILLING ADDRESS ONLY. No alternative shipping address may be provided.

Paying with PayPal

All order paid via PayPal will only ship to a CONFIRMED shipping address associated with PayPal. All orders placed without a CONFIRMED shipping address will be cancelled.

How do I return an item?

Domestic (U.S.) Items

All returns require a signed Return Goods Authorization signed by an authorized bNotions representative. (Please email for an RA number. RA's received without this authorization will not be accepted.) RA's are effective for 30 days only. All returns must be returned to bNotions freight PREPAID. Replacements will be sent with no freight expense to the customer. All non-defective returns will be assessed a 20% restock fee within 30 days of purchase and will only be accepted in re-salable condition with all original packaging. Freight charges will not be refunded. All items returned with missing parts will be charged a 20% re-manufacturing fee. Defective product can be returned to bNotions within 20 days of sale. After 20 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances. Special orders or closeouts are not eligible for return. Color copiers, printers, fax machines and toner cartridges are not eligible for return. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days after sale, regardless of reason. RA number must be printed clearly on outside carton and all products must be securely protected in double packaging. Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use are not eligible for return. If order is refused for any reason, bNotions will be compensated for all shipping charges and a 20% restock fee. Allow two weeks for return processing. No Cash Refunds will be allowed. Credit only will be issued for the amount paid on the original invoice.

Japanese Imports

There are no returns on Japanese imported items. If there are any dead pixels on the unit, you may exchange your item for the same unit during the first fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery. Shipping costs to and from Japan is the responsibility of the buyer in such cases. If the items box is damaged upon delivery, you must have the delivery company acknowledge the damage. In such cases, your unit will be covered under shipping insurance.
