TORONTO, CANADA — BNOTIONS, a Toronto-based technology agency, has continued its expansion by bringing on Paul Crowe as a partner and vice president of strategy and operations, leaving his role as director of digital strategy at Extreme Group.
BNOTIONS has 30 employees in two offices, located in Toronto, ON, and Kelowona, BC, and has created a new niche in the marketplace as “creative and strategic technologists.”

Paul says he was also intrigued by the company’s focus on internal product development, such as Urb-Ops, a real-time, location-based strategy game that “layers” on top of foursquare (http://www.urb-ops.com). “We’re slated to produce at least 10 products in 2011, from applications, to games and beyond,” says Alkarim. “We’ll also be organizing the second AndroidTO developers conference later this year and continue to help grow LeanCoffeeTO, a weekly meet-up group we established in 2010.”
BNOTIONS is also preparing to launch harthFEST, a full day conference, with more details to be announced in early April 2011.
