| The LavaPort-PCI has all the speed advantages of the LavaPort-ISA, but resides on the faster PCI bus. This allows the LavaPort-PCI to utilize the shared interrupt structure of the PCI architecture, access some non-standard Com addresses, while freeing-up an ISA slot. Dual 9-pin Ultra High Speed 16650 UART serial port - allows user to configure COM ports on the faster PCI bus. Supports any PCI I/O address allowing greater flexibility in COM Port set-ups. Both ports share one interrupts, virtually eliminating IRQ conflicts and minimizing valuable IRQs. Integrated 32-byte FIFO buffer with software configurable Tx/Rx triggers, 4X clock, and on-board flow control. Speeds up data throughput rates to a blazing 460.8 Kbps (max). 100% compatible with all ISDN external terminal adapters - supports multilink PPP 128 Kbps. 100% compatible with all 56K and V.34 external analog modems.
